Aug 15. At our 4th CPF Children’s Wellness through STEAM workshop, we explored how photography isn’t just about snapping pictures—it’s a journey of observation, emotion, and self-discovery.
Photographer Marsolon guided in our workshop: “Photography helps us see overlooked corners of the world—and ourselves. The camera is both a mirror reflecting our inner thoughts and a window to new perspectives.” while Early Childhood Education Teacher Brenda became the model of many expressions. With much excitement, kids earned that great photos begin with awareness, not just angles or filters. We challenged them to capture:
😊 Emotions (What makes a moment "happy" or "quiet"?),
🪢 Perspectives (Low angles making toys tower like giants!),
🕯️ Light’s magic (How sidelight sculpts a face, backlight creates drama 🌅).
