Aug 6. Charity Concert - Music To Connect was successfully held at the Recital Hall of Congregational House. 138 seats were all sold out. Four young talented musicians Ivy, Teresa, Grace and Sophie performed exceptionally well, capturing applause of the audience. 'PhilanthroKids Outstanding School' kindergartens, St. Nicholas' English Kindergarten students sang choir and played drums while Hong Kong Nobel Preschool students played the Chinese drums. We received congratulation messages from many renowned educators including Dean Dr Abra Bush of IU Jacobs School of Music, Principal Dr Gary Harfitt of Good Hope School, Professor William Fong, Head of Keyboard of Purcell School of Young Musicians as well as Mr. James Hills, former Director of Music of Clifton College. The purpose of this concert was to raise awareness about importance of psychological well-being of children and fundraise for CPF service projects 'PhilanthroKids Young Children Empowerment Programme' and 'PhilanthroKids GivingTuesday Ambassadors Awards'.
